CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25(CRA) am Urging                           
the federal government to recognize the dire water and sanitation              
conditions in rural Alaska and to become a full partner with this              
state in improving this health-threatening situation, was enrolled,            
signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and             
the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the             
Governor at 10:20 a.m., April 27, 1993.
